If you have seen episode 5 of the Netflix Street Food series then you will know all about Chiayi's Fish Head Soup and Tofu Pudding.

I have to say this soup (more like a stew) was hands down the most delicious fish soup or chowder or anything that I have ever eaten. It actually broke my heart a little bit that we couldn't finish the MASSIVE bowl they gave us at Smart Fish.

我必須說這個湯(正確來說，它更像燉菜)，是我吃過所有魚湯或是雜燴或其他東西裡最好吃的。事實上，因為我們吃不完店家給的這一大碗讓我有點小難過。

Even though we were full to bursting, we still went for tofu pudding to complete the night. I love how the desserts here are not actually that sweet and almost seem like they are healthy.
