The Perception of Chiayi - bilingual tour guide team was built after the course in March. Each teammate is from different occupations even cities. However, our enthusiasm comes from the depth of emotion of Chiayi and makes the idea that "Making Chiayi more energetic" stronger. Finally, the first bilingual walking tour is going to take place in May!
We choose Chiayi Cultural and Creative Industries Park as the first location, which is able to describe the early cultures of Chiayi; meanwhile, it also can perform Chiayi's transformation to the public, giving people a lot of imagination for the future.
To be honest, it's high challenged to us that guiding tour in English, in particular making it fun, to let our guests feel it's worth and have a special memory for that day. Every time we think of this, we wonder where our brave come from?
This day, we regarded the live exercise as a formal activity. Not only are we a tour guide, but we are the visitor who is the first time coming here. Therefore, we kept asking ourselves: what're the tourists want to hear, and what's the experience they want to get? We had to see the answers with the heart by our actual practice.
Furthermore, we hope domestic and international tourists are able to see a fascinating Chiayi with diverse aspects in their journey, which makes them are willing to come back again!
